Consulting. This is the evaluation, planning
and advising arm of our business. We employ it for every transaction,
every client, every time. It’s how we tailor our programs to
fit client scenarios.
Conventional Brokerage. The way to go when you
want to sell your property but don’t have need for immediacy.
Our brokerage resources include databases of investors, brokers,
title officers, tax deferred exchange companies, real estate
attorneys and accountants. Plus we have access to industry experts
on all subjects. Using these contacts and our analysis of your asset,
we generate solid offers.
Accelerated Marketing. Our specialty area, involving
techniques unique to our company, and how we sell properties
quickly. We call this our Auction division, and we offer three
types – live
auctions, sealed bid auctions, and structured asset sales.
All of these modes increase buyer pools, maximize prices, allow
significant flexibilities, and complete transactions in short
timeframes.
